Motoneta™ has a period for changes of 30 business days from the date the carrier delivers your order at the defined address. You must notify our Customer Service team about the return, within 30 business days of delivery through one of these channels: by calling the Customer Service line at 3007882016 or writing to us by WhatsApp in time real at 3007882016 in Colombia and from the rest of the country, you can also write to us by email motoneta.co@gmail.com
We do not accept changes and returns in the following cases

Accessories do not have exchange: Accessories such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, glasses, hats are not changed, unless the item has factory imperfections.

If the garments have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemical products, high heat, sharp objects, rubbing against rough surfaces.) Used garments do not have change.

If the garment shows any sign of use, bad smell, sweating, make-up, lack of labels, etc.- Due to poor washing or a different wash than the one that the garment requires. For example, mixing a white garment with a colored garment or leaving a garment that has undergone a dyeing process to soak, etc.
