Delivery times
- Colombia: 1 to 3 business days.
- International: 3 to 5 business days with DHL Express.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The delivery time starts counting once your order is dispatched. For payments by international bank transfer or other manual methods, the bank must approve the transaction first, which can take one business day.
To check the status and location of your order, use your tracking number at www.dhl.com or on the carrier's website.
Returns and exchanges
To send back a shipment you can use the same packaging we delivered your order in, or a packaging of your choice. Make sure it is suitable for the product so it is not damaged in transit. Once we confirm your exchange, you have 15 days to hand the package to the carrier.
Warranty claims
To make a warranty effective, ship the item to our branch in Cali or bring it to our physical store within the warranty period listed in our Terms of Service.
