Delivery is made at the address indicated at checkout to any responsible adult who is at the address at the time of delivery.

Warranty
- 30-day warranty on shirts, t-shirts, pants and other garments for sewing defects.
- Rings and bracelets are made of stainless steel. Only the material is guaranteed (in case it rusts). Damage from misuse, falls, breaks or scratches is not covered.
- Gold or black-oxide accessories (paint on stainless steel): 30-day warranty if the color wears off.
- Shoes and bags: 3-month warranty on stitching and material.
- Watches: 30-day warranty on movement or operation only. We recommend not submerging them in water.
- Glasses: guaranteed at the time of delivery. If delivered in poor condition, you have the right to an exchange.
Shipping costs for an exchange are paid by the customer, both ways.
Items bought with a discount or promo code cannot be exchanged, since they are final units and may have manufacturing defects.
